As a non-profit organization, philanthropic support is essential for Ventana's financial stability. Tuition makes up approximately 90% of our budget, and the Annual Fund provides the flexible, unrestricted financial support necessary to ensure we continue to fulfill our mission. The Annual Fund supports:
- A Ventana Education: providing the resources to to make the Reggio-inspired experiences possible.
- Ventana teachers: enabling the school to offer competitive salaries and numerous professional development opportunities.
- Flexible Tuition: supporting our Flexible Tuition program makes our program accessible to more families and fosters an inclusive community.
Annual Fund Impact In Action: Last year's Annual Fund supported all this, and more! In addition to supporting the programs, offering our staff numerous professional development opportunities, and offering 22% of families flexible tuition, we were also able to fund the purchase of play and storage equipment and new outdoor furniture.
